If the delivered product is damaged or soiled, please promptly contact our customer service center and return the item by cash on delivery. We will bear the cost of shipping and handling and send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

Returns without prior notice cannot be accepted.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for unused and unopened items, within 8 days of delivery (30 days for members of Anfa Bleu).
Return shipping and other related costs due to customer circumstances are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not accept returns of accumulated subscription items.
If returns are repeated and deemed intentional or malicious, we may refuse further returns.
