Transaction Terms

If customers fall under any of the following items, ScalpD Store may unconditionally refuse orders regardless of contract establishment.

Orders that violate the above prohibited acts

Cases of delayed or non-performance of payment obligations such as fees

Cases where card payment cannot be processed for credit card applications

Orders that illegally use or allow the use of another person's internet member ID and password

Orders from minors under 18 years old without parental consent

Cases where customers cannot respond to inquiries from ScalpD Store regarding orders

Cases where ScalpD Store determines that orders are for resale or preparation purposes

Orders exceeding quantities that normal end users would use without clear reasons

Cases where ScalpD Store determines that normal transactions are difficult due to repeated returns and exchanges

Violations of these terms or shopping guidelines

Other cases where ScalpD Store determines the customer is inappropriate as a member

Cases where orders exceed limits when quantity restrictions are set in sales conditions according to Company standards

Cases where orders are received that may be for resale, redistribution, or commercial purposes according to Company standards

ScalpD Store may suspend shipments until it becomes clear that there are no problems with the situations mentioned in the previous paragraph. Even if customers suffer disadvantages or damages due to ScalpD Store taking the measures mentioned in the previous two paragraphs, ScalpD Store shall not bear any responsibility.

Consultation and Jurisdiction

When problems arise between users and ScalpD Store, both parties shall consult with sincerity to resolve them. Despite the provisions of the previous paragraph, if no resolution is reached through consultation, both users and ScalpD Store shall designate the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive jurisdiction court for filing lawsuits, applying for mediation, etc.

Subscription Service

Subscription Service Overview

Subscription service refers to a service that delivers products regularly with a single application.

Eligible products are those that the Company has indicated as subscription service target products.

Products will be delivered at predetermined frequencies based on the content customers have applied for.

Product prices will be paid with each delivery using the payment method selected by the customer.

Subscription services will continue to deliver products until changed or canceled.

Angfa-designated points will be awarded for products using subscription services.

However, point usage is limited to the time of application and cannot be used from the second delivery onwards.

Returns of products ordered through subscription services are subject to separately established return regulations.

Subscription Service Changes

We may make changes to products, prices, discount rates, delivery methods, etc., delivered through subscription services with prior notice.

If you do not wish to use the subscription service after changes, please proceed with change or cancellation procedures.

If cancellation procedures are not completed by 5 days before the next delivery date, we will consider that you have accepted the changes, so please note this in advance.

Subscription Service Termination

Subscription services will be terminated upon customer cancellation procedures.

We may terminate part or all of the subscription service due to discontinuation, etc., with prior notice.
