Credit Card

Payment is made using various credit cards.
At the time of order, please enter your card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder name on the payment method selection screen.
Payment is by lump-sum only; installment and revolving payments are not accepted, so please be aware.
We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for online credit card information input, and card information is transmitted using SSL encryption, so please rest assured.
At DISM Store, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners credit cards are accepted. (Overseas cards are not accepted)

Post-payment (Convenience Store, Bank, Post Office)

Post-payment is a convenient and easy ordering method where you pay at a "convenience store," "post office," or "bank" after confirming the arrival of your product.

About Payment

The invoice is enclosed with the product, so please check it.

※Please bring the payment slip located at the bottom of the delivery statement to a "convenience store," "post office," or "bank."

For those whose enclosed payment slip does not have an amount printed

If the registered address of the orderer differs from the delivery address, the invoice will not be enclosed with the product and will be sent separately to the registered address.

※It may take several days to a week. Please make payment within 14 days of invoice issuance.

※Post-payment fee: Free

※If payment cannot be confirmed, additional fees may be applied.

※Post-payment orders are subject to the Net Protections Co., Ltd. post-payment service, and payment claims are transferred to the company. Please agree to the NP post-payment terms and the company's privacy policy when selecting post-payment.

※The usage limit is up to a cumulative balance of 55,000 yen (tax included).

About Shipping When Using NP Post-payment

Even if you specify same-day shipping, shipping will be from the next day or later, so please be careful.

※Depending on the screening status, shipping may take two or more days.

Because screening by Net Protections Co., Ltd., which handles payment processing, is required, if there are errors or missing information in your registration or delivery address, delivery on the requested date may not be possible or your order may be canceled. Please double-check your registration information. In case of any errors, we will contact you in advance by email or phone, so please understand this beforehand.

Cannot be accepted for stays at "hospitals" or "hotels".

Temporary receipt locations such as "post office hold" or "delivery company warehouse hold" are not accepted.

Delivery destinations marked as "hold" for gifts etc. are also not accepted.

For "schools," usage by anyone other than staff is not accepted.

If the user is a minor, please obtain consent from a legal guardian before use.

Carrier Payment

This service allows you to pay together with your monthly mobile phone or smartphone bill. (Docomo Mobile Payment / au Easy Payment / SoftBank Collective Payment)

Add the product to your cart, and at the order confirmation page, select the carrier payment service of your mobile phone provider (for example, if you use au, select au Easy Payment). On the order completion page, press the "Proceed with Carrier Payment" button and complete the payment process on your mobile carrier's site.
