Up to six clinic visits (one per month) at a partner AGA clinic are covered free of charge, within a monthly limit of 5,000 yen.

* The service may not be available depending on the conditions.

1. 1. The recipient has not used the target product continuously for four months as directed when the claim arises.
2. 2. The service has already ended at the time of application.
3. 3. The application form, required documents or required details are incomplete.
4. 4. The application contains false information.
5. 5. The service has already been claimed once or more.
6. 6. The second or later visit is made at a clinic other than the one first visited.
7. 7. A product other than the target product is used at the same time.
8. 8. The claim is made by someone other than the recipient.
9. 9. The recipient does not follow, or breaches, the terms of this agreement.
10. 10. The information or documents required to provide the service are not supplied to us.
11. 11. Treatment cannot be given based on the doctor's judgement.
